Chef Deborah L. Jean, or Chef Deb, is a New York City-based private chef specializing in Haitian-Caribbean and French cuisine. Raised in Brooklyn, she shares her cultural roots through immersive five-course tasting menus with wine pairings. Chef Deb has collaborated with brands like Delonghi, Oui the People, Champagne Henriot, Google, and Etsy, and recently joined Chopped on the Food Network. Her work blends culinary art with content creation, focusing on food, culture, and community.
Her journey includes high-profile events at the James Beard House, exclusive dinners, and partnerships with Brooklyn Kura and Infused Supper.

Chef Sakari’s passion for food began in his youth, inspired by family meals and summer harvests. Starting as a McDonald's Grill Cook at 15, he pursued a culinary career with encouragement from a mentor, eventually earning a degree in culinary arts and honors like Student Chef of the Year. After working in top restaurants like Marea and Eleven Madison Park, he launched his own pop-up, Noble Promise, and later Noble Promise Studios during the pandemic. Following his father's passing, Chef Sakari refocused on family, health, and purpose, founding Smithwick Provisions in 2023 to create health-focused foods. His ultimate mission is to improve food choices for children, believing this investment in the future can drive meaningful change.
